Hi there, dear reader. The name’s Maggie. I go by Margaret occasionally. I’m a simple girl. It doesn’t take much to delight me.

I am 24 years old. I only tell you that because I wonder how old you are when I read your blog. I live in Golden Valley, Minnesota. I studied journalism in Des Moines, Iowa.  I studied abroad in Paris and I left a good portion of my heart in the 17th arrondissement.

I have a big thing for goat cheese, typewriters and fold-and-mail stationery. I can’t stand being late for movies at the theater, no matter the movie or my movie-going companion. I cannot express the depth of my affection for all things miniature and all things in rainbow-color order.
